Project Overview

As a centerpiece of the River City Renaissance Project, the Mason City Ice Arena—the largest entertainment venue in North Iowa—is brilliantly illuminated by a dynamic RGBW architectural facade lighting system. Built and opened in 2019, this state-of-the-art LED installation transforms the former retail space into a vibrant, year-round multi-purpose facility designed for ice sports, athletic competitions, live concerts, and tradeshows.

The venue’s exterior is dramatically enhanced by our high-performance LWW-W80A LED Wall Washers, which bring lively, customizable colors to the building’s facade after dark, creating a welcoming and highly visible urban landmark.

Furthermore, these versatile RGBW wall washers are seamlessly suspended from the ceiling inside the arena. Controlled via a sophisticated DMX system, they add vibrant energy and bold hues to amplify opening ceremonies and energize intermission experiences, delivering a truly immersive visual feast that elevates the overall atmosphere for audiences and athletes alike.
