Project Overview

Located in the core economic and business district of Linhai, Taizhou, this commercial building facade lighting project covers a massive 62,969-square-meter architectural complex. Integrating municipal archives, talent markets, and business headquarters, the structure features a sophisticated glass curtain wall. By employing high-performance DMX512 LED wall washers and architectural spotlights, the exterior lighting design transforms the building into a luminous urban landmark while maintaining a sleek, modern corporate identity.

Custom Architectural Lighting Solution & Design

A key architectural challenge in this commercial illumination project was the interior floor's shallow concrete slabs, which prevented the installation of traditional recessed linear in-grade lights. To solve this, a custom architectural lighting solution was engineered: specialized polycarbonate lenses were fabricated to lay perfectly flush with the channel.

This innovative exterior lighting design successfully conceals the LED light source while providing robust IP-rated protection against outdoor dust and floor moisture.
