7–28W IP66 LED Linear Strip — ETL Listed, CE Certified

The LLS-OP-D50 is a 7–28W outdoor LED linear strip developed for building outlines, garden accents, and architectural highlighting. ETL listed for North America and CE certified for Europe. It features a double-layer curved PC cover — an inner diffuser panel that makes the light transition softer and more even, and an anti-UV outer layer that withstands outdoor exposure for 3 years without aging — with a glass inner layer inside the cover providing an additional waterproofing barrier. Available in static white (3000K–6500K), RGB, and RGBW with a wide 150° beam. High-voltage (100–277V AC) and low-voltage (24V DC) versions share the same housing design, so one product platform covers either project power infrastructure. Five length options from 315mm to 1222mm ensure flexible and seamless architectural integration.

## Advantages

### Double IP66 Sealing — Cover and Glass Each Seal Independently

Two separate waterproof barriers. The PC cover is ultrasonically welded, which is a fused joint with no sealant to age, and is IP66 on its own. The glass inner layer is a bonded glass structure with structural adhesive sealing, and the 6063 aluminum body and die-cast aluminum end caps complete the enclosure. Water has to defeat both barriers to reach the LEDs. Installed-configuration burn-in testing has run continuously for over 1 year.

### Double-Layer Curved PC Cover — Soft Light, 3-Year UV Resistance

Co-extruded cover: an anti-UV outer layer and a diffuser inner layer. No yellowing outdoors for 3 years, rated IK08. The cover material is supplied by BWF Kunststoffe GmbH & Co. KG, and the material test report is available on request.

### One Platform, High or Low Voltage

The same housing is offered in 24V DC and 100–277V AC. Maximum fixtures per run (L12): 9 at 24V DC, 16 at 100–120V AC, 39 at 220–277V AC. Pick by site power: mains-fed long runs cut power-injection points; 24V suits safe-voltage layouts.

### Connectors Matched to Your System

ETL and CE versions ship with LLT connectors (5-pin for 24V, 6-pin for high voltage). Connectors from other brands can be customized so the fixture plugs into the cabling standard your project already uses.

### DMX512 / RDM, and Art-Net Beyond 200 m

Variable-channel DMX512 with RDM addressing; RF remote also available. For long distances, an Art-Net gateway carries the signal over Ethernet or fiber and outputs DMX near the fixtures, extending control beyond 200 m. Already used in multiple projects. One 512-channel universe drives 12 L12 fixtures in RGBW mode (40 channels each).

### 150° Diffuse Beam, Seamless Joints

Uniform 150° output with no visible LED hot spots. Ultra-thin end caps keep the dark gap between butt-jointed fixtures minimal, with a 5 mm minimum spacing for installation.

Mains-fed 220–277V versions put up to 39 L12 fixtures on one run, and Art-Net gateways carry control past 200 m. Double IP66 sealing and the anti-UV cover suit full-sun, wet exposure.

How many fixtures can I connect, and how far can the signal go?

**Power, per run of L12:** 9 fixtures at 24V DC, 16 at 100–120V AC, 39 at 220–277V AC. Shorter lengths take more: L6 18 / 35 / 78, L3 36 / 70 / 156. A run uses one voltage only; 24V and AC fixtures cannot share a run. Voltage is limited to 24V DC or 100–277V AC; 48V is not available.
**Signal, per DMX universe:** 12 L12 fixtures in RGBW mode (40 channels each). To control more, add universes.
**Distance:** a standard DMX line is limited by cable length. For runs beyond 200 m, use an Art-Net gateway: the signal travels over Ethernet or fiber and is converted to DMX next to the fixtures. This setup has been used in multiple projects.Which connector does it use, and can it match my existing cables?

ETL and CE versions come with LLT connectors: 5-pin for 24V DC (1 V+ black, 2 V− white, 3 A+ purple, 4 B− pink, 5 PI/PO yellow) and 6-pin for AC (1 N white, 2 E green, 3 L black, 4 B− pink, 5 GND yellow, 6 A+ purple). Other brands can be built to order, so the fixture connects directly to the cabling you already have. A different brand with the same pin count is not automatically compatible; the pin assignment has to be matched, which is part of the custom connector build. Input cable, extension cable, T-cable and end signal cable are available as accessories.How do I lay out and mount the fixtures?

Leave at least 5 mm between fixtures. N fixtures of L12 in a row occupy at least N × 1222 + (N − 1) × 5 mm, before connectors and cable bends. Mixing L12 with shorter lengths (L10, L6, L5, L3) fills lengths that are not a multiple of 1222 mm, with no cutting. Three mounting methods: direct surface mounting, surface bracket, and spring clip (custom). The body is 50 mm wide and 80 mm high; add the bracket height when planning a recessed channel.
